Dear Terka,
We would like to invite you as our au pair in accordance with the European Agreement on Au Pair Placement. If possible your work as an au pair should begin on 17th June 2013 and lasts for 3 months.
You will come to Spain to improve your language skills and to become acquainted with our life and our culture.
As an au pair you also have duties. Your duties will include the following:
- Supervising and taking care for Carme and Neus.
- Helping them with their homework and teaching them English. For us, it is very important that the girls improve their English skills because this will be very important for their education.
- Preparing light meals for them. We will help you too.
- Playing with them (art, practising sports, baking, taking them to the park, walking, etc).
- Taking and/or collecting them from the school or extra-school activities.
- Babysitting once or twice per week.
We would also like your assistance with typical light housework (hoovering, setting the table, washup, cooking, ironing, keeping children's rooms tidy and your own room). We share the housework and all the family do their own part of it. You will have the weekends free. You will receive a pocket money of € 75 per week. During your stay with us you will have your own room and en suite bathroom with a desk and WIFI.
We look forward to collecting you from Valencia Airport on your date of arrival (16th June 2013) and helping you to experience life here in Spain. As you see in the schedule, it is a bit changing but we think that it will be perfect for you, becauseyou have a lot of free time to do your things and to learn a lot from Spain. Monica wants to meet you once a week to teach you Spanish with other of the Au Pairs. We will introduce you Javier‘s sister, who is more or less your age and you can go out with her at weekends.
Your weekends will be free, but you are invited to do with us the activities that we do.
With all wishes for a safe journey. Looking forward to meeting you!!!
Best regards,
Javier, Carmen Pilar, Carme and Neus
17th – 23rd June
The girls still go to school from 9 to 15. You must be with them from 15.00 to 17.30 and then you can watch films in English, crafts, teaching them some vocabulary in English, helping or supervising them doing their homework. At 17.30 they have music and swimming-pool. After that you must be with them until we arrive from work. Your mornings will be free to tidy your room, go shopping, Spanish classes, ... We will be very grateful if you help us doing some light housework to keep the house tidied. We share it.
24th – 30th June

July
The girls go to a summer campus, so you will have all the mornings free. We will be very grateful if you help us doing some light housework to keep the house tidied. We share it. They will arrive at 15.00 and then you can do crafts, English lesson, ...

The first week will be the same as the 24th-30th June because the girls will have finished the summer campus and we still work. There won’t be a fixed scheduled and you will be invited to all the activities we will do: going to the beach, sightseeing, travelling, ...
September
The girls don’t go to school the first week, so you must be with them all day. The second week they start school and they finish at 15.00, so your mornings will be free. We need you to be a bit flexible and we like a lot to communicate each other the problems and needs we have. Don’t hesitate to tell us what you need or what you are not agree with.
As you know we are very interested that Carme and Neus improve their English and we want that you help them. Don’t worry, we, Carmen Pilar and myself, don’t speak English, so we will teach you a lot of Spanish ;)
Thanks a lot
Přikládám fotku hromádky v první fázi. Postupně bude asi narůstat, tak uvidíme, s čím nakonec odjedu...
